Strong for school

Self-assertion and resilience training for children
A course for children in grades 1 and 2

When everything is raging outside, it is important to be stable inside!

This ability is called “resilience,” and it is precisely this that needs to be strengthened in children!

It is estimated that one in three children has negative experiences with overwhelming conflict situations in their first four years of school. The pandemic and its particular challenges have exacerbated this even further! In the worst case, these situations can have a negative impact on children's further development. I think this figure is alarming. No child should have to go through these experiences!

I am Spela Piskar-Lambrecht, mother of two boys and a trainednassertiveness and resilience coach based on the concept “Strong even without muscles!” (TÜV-certified educational institution).
“Strong even without muscles” is a training program that was developed from practical experience for practical application and has been implemented internationally in various institutions with over 300,000 children since 2006.

Strengthening children in the long term is something that is very close to my heart!

I want to help children learn to cope with difficult situations independently, think positively, trust themselves, and realize that they are good just the way they are!

IN MY COURSE, YOUR CHILD WILL LEARN STRATEGIES TO...

  •  Resolve conflicts confidently and without resorting to violence

  •  Communicate clearly and concisely

  • Remain calm and relaxed in difficult situations and when faced with insults

  • Not give up when something doesn't work out right away

  • Listen to their feelings

  • Focus on the positive

  • Get help when needed

And have lots of fun doing it!
