Mother & Baby Exercise

Gentle exercise, conscious breathing, and moments of relaxation—this prenatal course guides you through the changes of pregnancy. 
With targeted exercises, we promote mobility, posture, breathing, and balance to optimally prepare your body for childbirth and prevent or alleviate discomfort 
such as back pain.

The focus is on your well-being: we strengthen the pelvic floor, tone the muscles and use breathing and relaxation exercises to create space for calm, mindfulness and connection with your baby.

Every woman is welcome – regardless of fitness level or stage of pregnancy. 

The small group size allows for personal attention in a calm, safe atmosphere.
