Pilates for mothers in Berlin

Pilates with Janna – Holistic training for body and mind

 

Would you like to improve your body awareness, build muscle and become more flexible?
Then discover the benefits of Pilates – greater strength and new energy will help you feel good about your body. This holistic training focuses on strengthening your core, deep muscles and mobilising your body. Pilates prevents back pain and promotes inner strength, building up your pelvic floor, abdomen and back to become a powerhouse.

 

The course is for all mothers who have completed their postnatal recovery or feel comfortable enough to start exercising again.


While you exercise, your baby can lie with you or explore the room. The course is held in German language.

10 course dates, 60 minutes each £150

A free trial lesson is available.


My courses are limited to 8 places,
so that I can give you individual attention
and respond to your child's mood with
appropriate exercises.
