What personal data do we collect from you?

We collect your personal data when you contact us, e.g. B. if you are interested in our online services, if you subscribe to our newsletter, submit applications or contact us by email or telephone or if you use our services within the framework of contractual relationships.

Personal data is individual information about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes information such as B. Your real name, address, telephone number and date of birth. Information that is not directly associated with your real identity - such as favorite websites or the number of users of a page - is not personal data.

On this website we collect the following data from you:

  • the page from which the file was requested,

  • the name of the called file,

  • the date and time of the request,

  • the amount of data transferred,

  • the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.),

  • the description of the type of web browser used or the operating system used,

  • the anonymized IP address of the requesting computer,

Additional personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address, is not recorded unless you provide this information voluntarily, e.g. as part of a registration, a survey, a competition, an application, for the Execution of a contract or request for information. Data provided voluntarily will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

Analysis Services

For this website we use Google Analytics , a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. This makes it possible to compile reports on website activity and to develop and provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have activated IP anonymization. On this website, your IP address will therefore be shortened beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; we would like to point out to you however that in this case you will if applicable not be able to use all functions of this website in full. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading the browser plug-in available under the following link and install:  http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de .

In view of the discussion about the use of analysis tools with full IP addresses, we would like to point out that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()" and therefore IP addresses are only processed in abbreviated form in order to exclude direct personal reference (so-called. IP masking).

Click this link:  Disable Google Analytics to prevent future anonymous collection by Google Analytics on this website for your browser using a so-called "opt-out cookie".

You can find more information on the terms of use and data protection for Google Analytics at   www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html   bzw. unter  www.google.de/intl/de/policies/

We also use Google Analytics to evaluate data from AdWords and the double-click cookie for statistical purposes. If you do not want this, you can deactivate it via the Ads Preferences Manager ( http://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/?hl=de ).

Who gets your data?

Within the flowering period gGmbH only those departments will have access to your data that need it to protect our legitimate interests or to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations.

We may only pass on information about you if this is required by law or contractual agreements with you or if you have given your consent. A legal obligation to pass on your personal data to external bodies comes into consideration, for example  with judicial or criminal prosecution authorities (police, public prosecutor, courts).

We do not sell personal data to third parties!

For what purpose and on what legal basis do we use your data?

If a contractual relationship is to be established between you and us, the content of which is to be designed or changed, we will use your data to fulfill our contractual obligations. In order to carry out the contractual relationship, we need your address, your telephone number or your email address. This applies, for example, to childcare contracts and the corresponding registration procedures or applications.

If you send us an inquiry, we will collect and use your personal data to the extent necessary for these purposes (inventory data).

In addition, we collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary to enable you to use the website (usage data).

We use the personal data you provide exclusively for the purpose of technical administration of the website and to fulfill your wishes and requirements, i.e. usually to process the contract concluded with you, to answer your inquiry.

We only use this data for product-related surveys and marketing purposes if you have previously given us your consent or if you - insofar as this is required by law - have not lodged an objection.

If the transmission of personal data to an external service provider is necessary to provide a service or to answer an inquiry, we ensure through technical and organizational measures that the statutory provisions of data protection law are complied with. Bloomzeit gGmbH also obliges the external service providers to comply with the relevant legal data protection regulations, to treat them confidentially and to delete personal data immediately as soon as they are no longer required.

More Usage Notes

Please note that content that you send us by e-mail (e.g. via the Internet post office) is transmitted unencrypted. This means that the security of data and content worthy of protection against unauthorized access and falsification cannot be guaranteed on this transmission path. This also applies to emails that are triggered when an online form is submitted. The forms themselves have SSL encryption.

Since the protection of children's privacy is of great importance, we do not want to collect, process or use personal data from persons under the age of 18. If you, as a legal guardian, find out that your children have sent us their personal data, you can contact us at the address given in the imprint to arrange for the data to be deleted.

In order for you to be able to receive our newsletter, we need a valid e-mail address from you. After registering, you will be asked by email to confirm your registration and thus the storage and use of your data for sending the newsletter (double opt-in procedure). If you click on the link in the e-mail, your e-mail address will be entered in our newsletter distribution list and the time of the confirmation by the owner of the e-mail address will be documented. Further data is not collected. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to   webmaster@froebel-gruppe.de  .

We generally do not use cookies on our websites. So-called session cookies, which store data for technical session control in the memory of your browser, are only used in exceptional cases. This data is not personal and will be deleted at the latest when you close your browser.

If, exceptionally, we also have to store personal data in a cookie, we will obtain your express consent in advance. Furthermore, we would like to point out that browsers usually have functions for managing cookies.

Blumezeit gGmbH takes all necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from loss and misuse. Your data is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public. If you want to contact the flowering period gGmbH  by e-mail, we would like to point out that we cannot guarantee complete data security, so we recommend that you send confidential information by post.

The flowering period gGmbH  is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
