Postnatal Exercise
with Esther

Mothers can begin postnatal exercise around 8 weeks after giving birth.
In this course, I offer gentle movements and exercises designed to specifically strengthen muscles, helping to stabilise and tone the pelvic floor and abdominal area. (Preventing incontinence and uterine prolapse, and closing the ‘rectus diastasis’).
My course also includes numerous exercises that effectively strengthen the muscles responsible for a healthy, upright posture, thereby helping to ensure a daily life with as few aches and pains as possible.
Alongside the movements, I explain the physical mechanisms and the effects of the exercises.

4.45 pm – 5.55 pm

 

8 sessions of 70 minutes each €120
