Seminar
childhood sexuality
How does sexuality manifest itself in childhood, and what is appropriate?
Children explore their bodies, ask questions, and show curiosity. This is a natural part of healthy development—and can sometimes make parents feel uneasy. What is perfectly normal? Where do boundaries matter? And how can you best support your child in these moments?
In this workshop, we’ll explore the topic of childhood sexuality together in a calm, factual, and open-minded way. You’ll learn how sexuality can manifest in childhood and what is developmentally appropriate. This isn’t about “too early” or “too much,” but rather about gaining more understanding, guidance, and confidence in handling questions and situations in everyday life.
We create a professionally grounded and supportive space where you can explore this sensitive topic. Together, we’ll discuss, among other things:
• Forms of expression of childhood sexuality
• Role-playing and “doctor” games
• Questions regarding sex education in childhood
• The distinction between normal development and abusive behavior
• How you can respond in a safe and supportive manner in everyday life
In addition to expert insights, there will also be time for discussion and questions. Practical examples will help you view the topic in a way that is understandable and relevant to everyday life.
