Our Blütezeit BildungsHaus offers a needs-oriented, interdisciplinary, and bilingual educational and ❤place for children to successfully develop their potential—for all children in all their diversity.

 

In the elementary sector, we organize everyday life within the framework of open workshop work (inspired by the Reggio approach) with the following workshops: art studio, construction workshop, pottery, music, and project-based work based on children's interests. In addition, we integrate elements of forest and nature education into our daily routine, especially in our large garden.

We pay special attention to the transitions between nursery and elementary school, as well as between elementary school and secondary school. These are accompanied by age-homogeneous groups that complement each other in our open daily routine.

 

We consider our inclusive work to be successful when every child, regardless of their individual characteristics, feels like a natural part of our community.

What you have to offer:

• You motivate, inspire, and support children on a daily basis as part of the open workshop program and create inclusive learning and experiential spaces.

• You have experience working with children aged 3 to 6, ideally also in inclusive settings.

• You have additional training or a professional focus in the area of inclusion.

• You perceive children as the main actors in their educational and learning processes – with their individual needs, abilities, and forms of expression.

• You work in a bond- and needs-oriented manner and design development support in a resource- and strength-oriented way.

• You treat children with respect and kindness, seeing them as equals.

• You work sustainably in harmony with children, parents, and the educational team, actively contributing your perspective on inclusive education.

• You understand nonviolent communication, prejudice-conscious behavior, and inclusion as central pillars of your everyday educational work.

• You are a state-certified educator, early childhood educator, or have an equivalent qualification.

• You work in a team-oriented and reliable manner in supporting children and families.

• You are confident in German and/or English (at least a good conversational level).
