Our Blützeit BildungsHaus offers a needs-oriented, interdisciplinary and bilingual educational and ❤place for the successful development of children's potential.
For the youngest of our children, our focus is on bonding and needs-oriented work with children aged 1 to 3 years in groups of 12 children. To ensure a healthy arrival at our facility, we use our own settling-in model, which is based on the principles of needs orientation and participation.

Educator/early childhood educator for elementary kindergarten (ages 3+), (m/f/d)
German and/or English | full time or part time | starting immediately
In the elementary school, we organize everyday life within the framework of open workshop activities (inspired by the Reggio approach) with the following workshops: art studio, construction workshop, pottery, music, and project work based on the children's areas of interest. In addition, we make use of daily elements of forest and nature education, especially in our large garden. We pay special attention to the transitions between the nursery and the parent-child area, as well as between the elementary area and school, with separate age-homogeneous groups that complement each other.
