Our Blützeit BildungsHaus offers a needs-oriented, interdisciplinary and bilingual educational and place for the successful development of children's potential. 

For the youngest of our children, our focus is on bonding and needs-oriented work with children aged 1 to 3 years in groups of 12 children. To ensure a healthy arrival at our facility, we use our own settling-in model, which is based on the principles of needs orientation and participation.

Experienced educator/childhood teacher for preschool (m/f/d)

Preschool is a decisive milestone for us. In this last year of kindergarten (age approx. 5-6 years), we lay the foundation for a successful school career. Through playful learning and potential-oriented support, the children develop important skills that prepare them for the demands of elementary school. The preschool is a fixed age-homogeneous group that spends part of the day together according to the needs and interests of the children in VORFREUDE.

In the nursery, we work in a partially open environment: Especially in this age group and after the transition to kindergarten, “spatial clarity” is very important for children, as it meets their basic need for close bonds and security. That is why we offer a group structure with four groups of 13 children. In addition, there are initial free exploration areas to introduce the children to open work. In the elementary area, we organize everyday life within the framework of open workshop work (inspired by the Reggio approach) with the following workshops: art studio, construction workshop, pottery, music, gardening, as well as project work based on the children's areas of interest. We pay special attention to the transitions between the nursery and the elementary area, as well as between the elementary area and school, with separate age-homogeneous groups that complement each other.

Our management team works closely together in a spirit of trust. The tasks of the management team include personnel management and team development, further development and implementation of the educational concept, strategic occupancy planning, organization and management of training courses and parents' evenings, and quality management.

In addition, we make use of daily elements of forest and nature education, especially in our large garden. We pay special attention to the transitions between the nursery and the parent-child area, as well as between the elementary area and school, with separate age-homogeneous groups that complement each other.
