Prenatal Course for single mothers-to-be

This course for single pregnant women focuses on preparing for breastfeeding.

The course has been specially designed for the specific needs of single pregnant women from the 20th week of pregnancy. The focus is on preparing for the period after birth and breastfeeding.

You will receive information and basic knowledge and gain relaxed self-confidence to get off to a good start with breastfeeding. Knowledge about birth and preparation for it is also included in the course, as birth plays an important role in establishing the breastfeeding relationship.

You will have the opportunity to meet other single pregnant women and exchange experiences.

Course time: Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A reduction in the participation fee or even a waiver is possible if necessary.

The course will take place with a minimum of three participants.

Course instructor: Valeria Lippert Velarde, GfG doula and GfG breastfeeding counselor. She speaks German, English, and Portuguese.
