Exercise & strengthening after childbirth

After childbirth, a very special time begins – your body has achieved something amazing and now needs to be lovingly strengthened. In this postnatal course, you will find space 
to gently rebuild your energy, stability, and posture.

With gentle, targeted exercises, we strengthen the pelvic floor, core, and deep muscles – for a good body feeling, more balance, and strength in everyday life with your baby.

The course is suitable from around 6–8 weeks after a natural birth or 10–12 weeks after a C-section. It is also ideal as follow-up training after postnatal recovery. Every woman trains at her own pace – without any pressure to perform and with exercises that are individually tailored to her fitness level and individual needs.

Babies are of course very welcome! 
In a warm, relaxed atmosphere, we not only encourage you to exercise, but also promote the loving bond between you and your child. The small group size ensures that each participant receives personal attention and support.
