Bright course rooms available for rent at BildungsHaus Blütezeit
At our family center in Berlin-Steglitz, on the border with Tempelhof-Schöneberg, we rent rooms for courses, workshops, and group activities.
We offer course instructors, midwives, therapists, and speakers who are passionate about what they do and would like to expand our range of services at Blütezeit FamilienGarten the perfect space and setting.

Details:
The bright rooms are located on the 3rd floor of our Blütezeit BildungsHaus in a traffic-calmed street. The floor has its own barrier-free access with elevator, sanitary facilities, waiting area, baby changing facilities, and kitchenette.
The 48 m² room with a wide view of the countryside is particularly suitable for exercise and relaxation courses or workshops with seating for 20-25 people.
The 22 m² room is suitable for smaller groups and is equipped with a flipchart, table, and chairs.
Our “Blütezeit” daycare center, which is funded by the Berlin Senate, is located on the floors below. The location between the Südende and Attilastraße S-Bahn stations, with S-Bahn lines S 2, S 25, and S 26 as well as bus lines 184 and 282, provides good connections to public transportation. Parking spaces in the building's underground garage can be reserved.
